These are beings who tie to certain emotions, states of mind, or ideologies, such as Bliss, Truth, or Chaos, almost akin to The Endless from The Sandman. Polly - or Harmony as she is known in the Reverie - and her journey is very much reliant on her relationship with the game's Aspirations. Whether these choices matter or whether it's more of a facade will be interesting to see in the final game, but there is certainly scope to make this an engaging mechanic.
